Welcome to Duvenage & De Villiers
At Duvenage & De Villiers we strive to deliver affordable quality legal services to our clients in a professional environment.
We are a small and focussed firm run by two partners. Bokkie Duvenage attends to the litigation and insolvency aspects and Louis Duvenage handles the conveyancing, property and commercial aspects. We operate in the tradition of the platteland family practice but have developed into specialists in our respective fields.
Duvenage & De Villiers is proud to contribute and operate in the new South African climate of transformation. We are in possession of the BEE MICRO Exemption Certificate in terms of the Codes of Good Practice for Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, meaning that we have a level 4 (100% compliant) Code 000 BEE recognition level. We are situated in Wellington in the Western Cape with easy access to the Cape High Court, Cape Town Deeds Office and advocates practising at the Cape Bar.
